I am so pleased with how comfortable these kegel balls are. I can’t feel them when they’re in place. They’re made of luxurious silicone and really easy to insert. I was a total beginner to kegel exercises, so I started with Ami 1 which fit well and sat in place comfortably. I had to work harder to keep ball 2 and 3 in place, working those pelvic muscles while I ran errands and went about my day.
